Job summary

Shirley Parsons is seeking an Environmental Manager for the greater Los Angeles area to oversee environmental compliance across multiple facilities. The role collaborates with local leadership and the corporate EHS team to ensure Title V and other regulatory requirements are met.

The incumbent will develop and enhance EHS programs, lead audits and incident investigations, and drive a culture of continual improvement in environmental health and safety practices across the sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment focusing on environmental compliance.
• Knowledge of OSHA and federal, state, local regulatory standards.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement EHS programs per federal, state, local, and corporate requirements.
• Lead continual improvement of EHS culture, manage OSHA training, and ensure permit compliance.
• Complete audits and site visits to identify regulatory, permit, and compliance issues.
• Participate in incident investigations to determine root causes and corrective actions.
