Ideal candidates will have a BS in an EHS field, 10+ years in manufacturing, 5+ years multi-site experience, and exceptional leadership and communication skills. Up to 50% travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Influences Plant, Production, Operations, Maintenance and site management to drive EHS performance and results.
• Develop and implement EHS programs to comply with facility targets and regulatory requirements.
• Act as liaison and SME for the global EHS team within the division.
• Lead self and others in EHS audits, risk assessments, and training.
• Interact with regulatory agencies to maintain compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
