Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field required.
• 7+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement EHS programs and procedures in accordance with requirements.
• Lead continual improvement of the EHS culture, manage OSHA training, and ensure permit compliance.
• Complete audits and site visits to address regulatory, permit, and compliance issues.
• Participate in incident investigations to determine root causes and corrective actions.
