Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership across multiple facilities and partner with plant teams to strengthen safety culture and operational performance.
• Develop risk-based site support including audits, risk assessments, and behavioral observations.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and share lessons learned.
• Support OSHA and environmental compliance, including recordkeeping, permitting, and inspections.
• Analyze EHS performance trends and travel 25–35% to locations.
