Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of safety and health experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics or similar industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and EHS program management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support multiple locations.
• Ability to build relationships and influence safe behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Champion EHS programs at the site level with operations and leadership to drive safety improvements.
• Perform facility audits, safety inspections, incident investigations, and behavioural observations with corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training initiatives, monitor training requirements, and maintain LMS compliance.
• Analyze safety performance data and prepare reports identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Act as the primary resource for EHS compliance, recordkeeping and regulatory preparedness across assigned facilities.
