Shirley Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to support a regional network of facilities. The role emphasizes driving EHS excellence, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture across sites.

Based in the Omaha, Des Moines, or Minneapolis area with remote capability and ~50% travel, this position offers broad responsibility in a complex manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, safety or related discipline.
• 10+ years EHS experience in food manufacturing or regulated industry.
• Multi-site leadership experience preferred.
• Strong OSHA and environmental regulation knowledge.
• Willing to travel ~50%.

Mansioni

• Lead EHS programs across multiple sites to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Food Safety teams to strengthen safety culture.
• Oversee wastewater, waste management, air permitting, and sustainability initiatives.
