Job summary

Shirley Parsons is seeking an EHS Program Manager for a Georgia production facility. You will lead site-wide safety initiatives, strengthen regulatory compliance programs, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations to support operational excellence.

You will partner with plant leadership to build sustainable safety systems, manage audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions, and promote a strong safety culture through training and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety or related field required.
• 3+ years of EHS or safety program management in manufacturing.
• Solid OSHA knowledge and core safety program experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain site safety programs and procedures.
• Lead safety training and communications to ensure understanding of expectations.
• Conduct audits, investigations, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor program effectiveness and report metrics to leadership.
• Partner with operations to drive continuous improvement and safety culture.
