Job summary

Shirley Parsons is recruiting an experienced EHS Site Lead for a leading global medical technology manufacturer in a regulated healthcare manufacturing setting. You will strengthen environmental, health, and safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture across production and R&D environments.

The role involves leading cross-functional EHS initiatives, partnering with operations and engineering, and driving continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and ISO-based systems.
• Experience delivering training and managing contractor safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the site EHS expert and partner with operations, engineering, quality, and facilities teams.
• Manage compliance programs for hazardous materials, waste, chemical safety and occupational health.
• Deliver EHS training, conduct risk assessments, support management of change, and drive CAPAs.
