Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Dock Coordinator Lead to support three local facilities. You will oversee inventory accuracy, product rotation, and shipping/receiving, ensuring safety and quality standards across locations.

The role requires coordination with warehouse, inventory, and quality teams, with emphasis on training, safety, and procedures. This position travels between sites to maintain continuous operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or related experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, or similar software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse and dock activities across multiple facilities.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments using SAP/WMS systems.
• Maintain shipping and inventory documentation, including bills of lading, shipping manifests, and transfer records.
• Support inventory accuracy by investigating discrepancies and assisting with inventory research and reporting.
• Ensure proper product storage, handling, and rotation using FIFO and FEFO practices.
• Identify and document damaged, expired, or nonconforming products and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Partner with warehouse, inventory, and quality teams to maintain compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Assist with training and mentoring warehouse team members on operational and safety procedures.
• Promote effective communication between departments and shifts to support operational continuity.
• Monitor work areas for safety concerns and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support and operational oversight as needed across all three warehouse locations.
