Qualifications

• Experience operating power equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of dock workers, providing direction and support.
• Ensure SOPs and safety guidelines are followed.
• Conduct training for new hires and ongoing staff.
• Oversee loading of trucks for accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect product condition prior to shipment.
• Operate and supervise use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and similar equipment.
• Report discrepancies and damages to Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain dock paperwork and safety compliance.
• Communicate with Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
