Carolina Beverage Group is seeking a Warehouse Dock Coordinator Lead to support three local facilities in Mooresville, NC. You will help ensure inventory accuracy, proper product rotation, and shipping/receiving quality while coordinating activities across sites.

The role requires WMS/SAP experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to mentor staff. This is a full-time on-site position with safety and quality standards at the core of daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or related experience.
• Experience with WMS and SAP, or similar systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, and material handling.
• Willingness to travel regularly between three local facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse and dock activities across multiple facilities.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments using SAP/WMS.
• Maintain shipping and inventory documentation (bills of lading, shipping manifests, transfer records).
• Support inventory accuracy by investigating discrepancies.
• Ensure proper product storage and rotation using FIFO/FEFO.
• Partner with warehouse, inventory, and quality teams to ensure standards.
• Assist with training and mentoring warehouse staff on procedures.
• Promote communication between departments and shifts.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Dock Coordinator Lead is a floating lead role supporting warehouse operations across three local facilities. This position helps ensure accurate inventory management, proper product rotation (FIFO/FEFO), shipping and receiving accuracy, and compliance with company safety and quality standards. The role works closely with warehouse teams, inventory personnel, and quality staff to support efficient operations and inventory accuracy across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse and dock activities across multiple facilities.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments using SAP/WMS systems.
• Maintain shipping and inventory documentation, including bills of lading, shipping manifests, and transfer records.
• Support inventory accuracy by investigating discrepancies and assisting with inventory research and reporting.
• Ensure proper product storage, handling, and rotation using FIFO and FEFO practices.
• Identify and document damaged, expired, or nonconforming products and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Partner with warehouse, inventory, and quality teams to maintain compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Assist with training and mentoring warehouse team members on operational and safety procedures.
• Promote effective communication between departments and shifts to support operational continuity.
• Monitor work areas for safety concerns and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support and operational oversight as needed across all three warehouse locations.
