Qualifications

• CDM certification and related culinary management training.
• Minimum two years’ experience in quantity food production and supervision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise dining services operations across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Oversee staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment for multiple sites.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff.
