Job summary

Talent 360 Solutions seeks an experienced Property Development Manager to oversee development and construction of convenience store locations from site acquisition through permitting, construction, and project completion. You will coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, municipalities, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within budget and in line with company standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial property development, construction management, project management, or related field.
Strong understanding of municipal permitting, zoning, inspections, and commercial construction processes.
Experience managing architects, engineers, general contractors, and other consultants.

Responsibilities

Manage development for new and remodeled convenience store locations and related property improvements.
Coordinate permit processes with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
Review site plans, architectural and engineering drawings for compliance.
Lead architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to meet timelines and budgets.
Develop detailed project schedules from pre-construction through opening.
Coordinate construction start dates, inspections, connections, deliveries and closeout.
Obtain and track permits, approvals, licenses, and inspections.
Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects moving and within budget.
