• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction operations across multiple projects.
• Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety expectations.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects moving.
• Develop and improve operational processes, systems, and best practices to support company growth.
• Monitor project performance, costs, manpower, and overall profitability.
• Identify operational risks and implement solutions before they impact project delivery.
• Support business development and preconstruction efforts as needed.
