Job summary

LVI Associates in Phoenix, AZ area seeks a Site Development Project Manager to oversee the site development phase of large-scale residential projects across a multi-state portfolio. The role moves beyond consulting to work directly for an owner/developer, guiding projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will collaborate with engineering, construction, surveying, and development teams to manage schedules, permits, and field challenges, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in land development, civil engineering, construction management, surveying, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of site development and civil construction processes.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and public agencies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and construction-cloud tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple site development projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, surveyors, municipalities, and inspectors.
• Track schedules, permits, inspections, and construction activities.
• Review submittals, as-builts, reports, and project records.
• Support field teams by resolving site development challenges.
• Coordinate utilities, surveying, and site infrastructure improvements.
• Attend project meetings and communicate status with internal and external teams.
• Monitor progress and maintain reports through the development lifecycle.
