Job summary

Pittsburgh Winsupply - Fire Sprinklers & Fabrication is seeking a Desktop Support / Field Services Technician to deliver hands-on end-user computing support across multiple sites. You will handle desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, and manage imaging and configurations.

The role includes executive support, asset management, and ITSM incident handling in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
2+ years of desktop support or field services experience.
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS.
Experience with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Perform installations, upgrades, imaging, and device configurations.
Support conference room technology and audiovisual equipment.
Execute hardware repairs and break-fix activities.
