Job summary

Galaxy is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead strategy, management, and execution of facilities and workplace operations across our data center campuses and supporting properties. You will oversee office operations, fleet management, workplace services, and vendor management, ensuring standards and efficiency across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive facilities, workplace, property management, or operations experience.
• Experience managing multi-site facilities portfolios across geographic locations.
• Experience leading vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and facilities budgets.
• Strong project management, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations for all data center offices, including existing and future locations.
• Manage office space planning, workplace standards, and employee experience initiatives.
• Oversee office buildouts, renovations, moves, and workplace improvement projects.
• Manage the data center fleet and vehicle program.
• Manage the data center uniform program and partner with EHS on PPE requirements.
• Oversee non-critical property operations at data center office, warehouse, and support facilities.
• Manage data center facilities vendors, contracts, and service providers.
• Develop and manage data center facilities operating and capital budgets.
• Establish data center facilities standards, policies, and operating procedures.
