Job summary

Galaxy is seeking a Growth & Development Analyst for its data centers, based in Dallas, TX. You will join the Growth & Development team responsible for site origination, leasing, market research, and corporate development.

Strong financial modeling and exposure to real estate or data center markets are essential. You will work with senior leaders on high-impact transactions, owning multiple workstreams and leveraging AI to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong financial modeling skills and ability to build complex models.
Experience or ability to learn real estate, data centers, and infrastructure documents (PPAs, DSAs, LOIs).
Ability to manage multiple workstreams with ownership and judgment.
Proficiency with AI to build custom tools and speed up workstreams.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate data center development opportunities across target markets.
Conduct site selection analyses considering energy access, cooling, and zoning.
Build and maintain a pipeline of development opportunities.
Develop relationships with brokers, landowners, utilities, and development authorities.
Monitor industry trends in data center and power ecosystems.
Analyze demand signals and power constraints to inform prioritization.
