Galaxy, a global leader in data center infrastructure, seeks a Data Center Facilities Manager to drive strategy and operations across its offices, field locations, and supporting properties. You will oversee facilities, fleet, and workplace services to ensure safety, reliability, and a superior employee experience.

In this role you will manage office buildouts, landlord relationships, and vendor contracts, while leading cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive facilities, workplace, property management, or operations experience.
• Experience managing multi-site facilities portfolios across geographic locations.
• Experience leading vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and facilities budgets.
• Strong project management, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data center offices and future locations.
• Lead office space planning and employee experience initiatives.
• Manage buildouts, renovations, moves, and workplace improvement projects.
• Maintain relationships with landlords, property managers, and service providers.
• Ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of offices.
• Coordinate fleet management and field operations support.
• Develop and manage vehicle programs and vendor relationships.
• Support HR onboarding and workplace readiness.
• Monitor compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Drive cost savings and operational efficiency opportunities.
