Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Property Manager or Community Manager in multifamily housing.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to recruit, train, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Ability to exercise sound business judgment and make timely decisions.
• Comfort working with numbers and basic financial reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to support lease-up periods and community events.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the apartment community for multiple locations.
• Lead onsite teams, focusing on recruiting, training, coaching, and developing staff.
• Uphold high standards for resident satisfaction and meet or exceed expectations.
• Oversee operating expenses, rental income, marketing, leasing, and property performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvements to maintain curb appeal.
• Manage move-ins/move-outs in line with policies and regulations.
• Communicate with Regional Manager and resolve operational or property concerns.
• Prepare reports and collaborate with internal departments to support success.
• Participate in lease-up events and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
