Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a proactive Community Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites, including Van Mall North and Arborlane Apartments. The role requires managing leasing, staff, and resident relations with a focus on compliance and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in property management, strong leadership and customer-service skills, and a valid driver’s license for travel between properties. On-site presence is required across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of State landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing policies, and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop a cohesive on-site team reflecting professionalism and quality.
• Oversee leasing and marketing to promote available units and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Hire, train, and evaluate on-site staff with clear guidance and support.
• Address resident concerns with professionalism and resolve service requests within 24–48 hours.
• Ensure compliance with state laws, ADA, and safety standards; monitor budgets and expenses.
