Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Multi-site Community Manager to oversee operations at Van Mall North and Arborlane Apartments. The role covers leasing, maintenance, staffing, budgeting, and compliance across multiple properties, with on-site presence required at each location.

You will lead a team, ensure resident satisfaction, enforce move-in/out protocols, and manage day-to-day administration in coordination with the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or related coursework preferred.
• Minimum of two years of property management experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site leasing, maintenance, and operations across multiple properties.
• Manage payroll records, rent collection, and budget preparation.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, ADA, and state landlord-tenant regulations.
• Lead and develop on-site staff, providing guidance and problem resolution.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally and maintain safety standards.
