Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Assistant Community Manager for Azul at Spectrum & Borrego at Spectrum in Gilbert, AZ. You will help keep two communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to upkeep, while delivering five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily assistant property management experience.
• Strong leasing and resident relations with de-escalation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional demeanor.
• Able to collaborate as a strong team player.
• Organized with ability to manage two communities and priorities.
• Experience with weekly, monthly and renewal reporting.
• Support renewal management and resident retention.
• Mentor Leasing Team members.
• Flexible, calm, and service-driven in various situations.
• Promote unified operations across two communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage community accounting: deposits, collections, rent input, weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure legal documents are processed and served to residents.
• Assist in leases: prepare, review, move-ins/move-outs, renewals.
• Respond to concerns to boost resident satisfaction and retention.
• Answer inquiries about the community, repairs, rent, policies.
• Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Assist with resident events as directed by Community Manager.
• Assist with leasing responsibilities as needed.
