Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) for Tavalo at Queen Creek Commons & Tavalo at Cadence in Queen Creek & Mesa, AZ. You will lead maintenance, drive service excellence, and ensure smooth operations across multiple luxury communities.

The role requires 2+ years in luxury multifamily leadership, a real estate license, and strong skills in customer service and communication. Yardi/ResMan experience is preferred; BA degree or equivalent is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of community management and people leadership experience in luxury multifamily.
• Experience managing multiple communities is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/ResMan).
• Real estate license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue targets by setting rent rates and monitoring expenses.
• Coach, mentor, and lead administrative and service staff across communities.
• Oversee hiring processes and performance management.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee improvements.
