Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Multi-Site Assistant Community Manager for Azul at Spectrum & Borrego at Spectrum in Gilbert, AZ. The role requires overseeing two communities, handling maintenance and upkeep, and delivering five-star service to residents.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in multifamily assistant property management, strong leasing and resident relations experience, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multifamily assistant property management.
• Strong leasing and resident relations experience; resolve complaints calmly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach.
• Proven ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills across two communities.
• Experience with weekly, monthly, renewal, and other operational reporting.
• Support renewal management and drive resident retention.
• Mentor Leasing Team members and promote cross-team collaboration.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage community-specific accounting activities: deposits, collections, rent input, and monthly financials.
• Ensure legal documents are properly processed and served to residents.
• Assist in lease transactions: prepare leases, review history, obtain approvals, process moves and renewals.
• Respond promptly to concerns to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
• Answer inquiries about the community, repairs, rent, and policies.
• Maintain community cleanliness and curb appeal on an ongoing basis.
• Assist in planning and participating in resident functions as directed by Community Manager.
• Support leasing responsibilities as needed.
