Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Multi-Site Manager of Community Operations for Tavalo at Queen Creek Commons & Tavalo at Cadence in Queen Creek & Mesa, AZ. Lead a team, drive leasing performance, and ensure five-star service across communities.

You will manage operations, coach staff, and coordinate HR processes, while maintaining high customer service standards and financial discipline at multiple properties in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of community management and people leadership experience in luxury multifamily.
• Real Estate License is required.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and reviewing monthly financial reports.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel.
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee property enhancements.
