Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC in the Dallas area seeks an experienced Community Manager for a Class A multifamily property. This hands-on role requires a polished leader who can deliver an exceptional resident experience while driving strong operational, leasing, and financial performance.

You will oversee resident relations, maintenance, budgeting, and reporting in Yardi, while coaching a high-performing onsite team. A Bachelor's degree and hospitality-minded leadership are preferred; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in multifamily property management with leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing Class A or elevated urban residential communities preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property operations, resident relations, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Drive occupancy, renewals, retention, and revenue performance.
• Monitor traffic, pricing, concessions, and market conditions.
• Maintain leases, rent rolls, and property information in Yardi.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with the onsite team.
