The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, proven leadership, and experience with Yardi or similar platforms.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily community operations including leasing, resident services, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Lead, train, and hold onsite team accountable for performance and standards.
• Drive leasing, occupancy, renewals, and resident retention through proactive management.
• Monitor rental income, collections, and financial performance of the property.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, invoices, and operating expenses.
• Maintain resident relations and resolve escalations professionally.
• Oversee leasing processes from prospecting to move-in/out and renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor management, and timely work orders.
• Ensure property compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws.
