Job summary

New Earth Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our urban community. You will welcome new residents, manage leasing activities, and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction while coordinating with on-site staff and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of on-site community management experience in multifamily housing, strong budgeting and marketing skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as on-site Community Manager in multi-family property management.
• Strong leasing and marketing background with superior customer service.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word; internet software preferred.
• Experience in community budgeting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional customer service.
• Post and ensure all community income is accurately recorded.
• Maintain active social media presence with at least three weekly posts.
• Walk and inspect make-ready units to guarantee readiness for new residents.
• Lease apartments and follow up with new move-ins to confirm resident satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and complete incident reports.
