NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations at an on-site multifamily community. You will welcome residents, approve leases, analyze market trends, and ensure the property is well-maintained, staffed, and profitable. The role emphasizes energetic leadership, guest service, and team coordination.

You will manage income recordings, social media activity, and property listings, while collaborating with regional management to drive community success and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as an on-site Community Manager in multi-family property management.
• Strong leasing and marketing background with superior customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with budgeting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents with exceptional service.
• Lead daily on-site team check-ins and coordinate with supervisors.
• Post and record all community income accurately; maintain social media presence.
• Keep ILS listings updated; manage Resman notices, move-ins, leases, traffic and availability.
• Lease apartments and follow up to ensure resident satisfaction; monitor market surveys.
• Update mileage logs and approve payroll hours for team members; monitor vendor relations.
• Respond to emergency situations and complete incident reports as needed.
