Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking an Assistant Manager, Clinical Operations to oversee daily clinic operations across Decatur and Hillandale locations. You will supervise Front Desk and MA teams, manage staffing and workflow, and uphold clinical and operational standards to ensure a positive patient experience.

You will partner with State Operations Leadership, conduct performance evaluations, and drive workforce development.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations or multi-site environments.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Experience with electronic health records and scheduling systems.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise Senior Clinical Leads, Medical Assistant Leads, Front Desk Leads, Medical Assistants, and Front Desk staff across assigned locations.
• Manage employee schedules and staffing coverage across locations in partnership with scheduling staff.
• Lead team huddles, provide coaching and support, reinforce accountability and engagement.
• Conduct performance evaluations, recognize contributions, address concerns, and manage corrective actions with HR.
• Maintain proactive communication between State Operations Leadership and frontline teams with regular updates and issue resolution.
