Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking an Assistant Manager, Clinical Operations to oversee daily operations across Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson clinics and ASC support functions. You will lead frontline teams, coach staff, and ensure workflow adherence, patient experience, and operational excellence.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare operations experience, multi-site preferred.
• Proven leadership, team development, and supervision.
• Experience with EHR and scheduling systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics and ASC support functions.
• Lead and coach frontline teams including Front Desk and MAs.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow performance.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with State Operations Leadership.
• Ensure patient experience and safety standards are met.
