Job summary

Tryon Med is seeking a Practice Administrator to partner with clinicians, leadership, and departments to enhance operational and financial performance across Gastonia and Steele Creek locations. The role ensures high‑performance operations, standardized service lines, excellent patient experience, compliant revenue cycle practices, and engaged teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in health care management, incl 2+ years managing health care services.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations.
• Financial planning and problem solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple practices.
• Ability to foster a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical staff, including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and ensuring standards.
• Oversee financial reporting: budgets, forecasts, revenue reports, and expense analysis.
• Monitor clinic performance and KPIs; identify trends and optimize efficiency.
• Foster clinician relations; liaison for communication and engagement.
• Drive practice growth: expand services, improve patient access, support initiatives.
• Manage clinician ramp‑up: training, workload alignment, performance monitoring.
• Support ACP development through training and mentoring.
• Lead rollout of organizational initiatives with staff readiness and communication.
• Oversee clinical ordering: compliance and efficiency of workflows.
