Job summary

Tennova Medical Group in Lafollette/Clinton/Caryville, TN is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple clinics, optimize patient flow, manage budgets, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

You will lead clinical and administrative staff, hire and train, and partner with directors to improve patient outcomes and service delivery. This onsite role requires a Monday–Friday schedule and a strong background in healthcare operations and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or 4+ years of related experience in lieu
• Master's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred
• 4+ years of related experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the clinic or multi-site network to ensure productive workflow.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates clinical and administrative staff.
• Manages accounts receivable/payable and ensures timely invoices.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance for all records and privacy standards.
• Orders and monitors medical supply inventories and contracts.
• Oversees patient care operations including physician billing, credentialing and related activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains reliability and attendance.
