Ozark Regional Vein & Artery Center in Rogers, AR, seeks a polished Medical Assistant to join a award‑winning team. This in‑person, Monday–Thursday role supports physicians during vascular procedures, manages patient prep and recovery, and handles administrative tasks with EMR proficiency.

The ideal candidate has an accredited MA program, AR MA license/credential, and 5+ years in a clinical setting, with vascular or cardiology experience highly preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required.
• Active MA certification (CMA/RMA or equivalent) preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical experience, vascular or cardiology experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams by taking vital signs, reviewing histories, and documenting vascular health symptoms.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional vascular procedures (vein ablations, ultrasounds, wound care).
• Set up and maintain sterile fields for minor in-office procedures.
• Monitor post-procedure patients and provide recovery instructions.
• Administer injections or medications as directed within scope of certification.
• Maintain clean, stocked examination and procedure rooms.
• Schedule appointments, tests, and procedures in coordination with the clinical team.
• Maintain patient records in EMR and assist with insurance documentation.
