Job summary

Youth & Family Counseling (YFC) is seeking a Client Access and Operations Manager to coordinate care across three Lake County locations. You will manage insurance verification, Medicaid renewals, and eligibility while ensuring a smooth revenue cycle and consistent EHR use.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, standardized processes, and cross-site collaboration to maintain high-quality care and accessible services for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare administration, or a related field, ideally including exposure to multi-site or multi-location operations.
• Experience with EHR administration and reporting systems required; experience administering systems across multiple sites strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Client Access & Benefits Management across all three locations, ensuring consistent workflows before service delivery.
• Serve as the primary EHR system administrator, maintaining configuration, user access, and data standards.
• Collect and analyze client satisfaction & outcomes data; generate consolidated and site-specific reports for leadership and funders.
• Coordinate revenue cycle operations including invoicing, accounts receivable, and claims investigation across locations.
• Maintain standardized policies and procedures for client services, ensuring organization-wide consistency while accommodating site-specific needs.
