Job summary

Youth & Family Counseling (YFC) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the internal clinical team across our Lake County locations. You will guide performance, provide supervision to licensed staff and interns, and coordinate ongoing training and CEU activities to support clinical excellence.

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.

• Minimum two years’ experience in an outpatient setting.
• Experience providing supervision preferred.

• Oversee performance and talent development of the clinical team.
• Provide feedback and conduct reviews on productivity and documentation.
• Develop staff through clinical competencies and professional development.
• Coordinate a rigorous training schedule for the year including a wide range of topics.
• Provide supervision to licensed staff and interns.
• Review and sign off on assessments and treatment plans.
