Job summary

H+H Group seeks a Car Wash Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across four car wash locations in the Omaha metro. The role focuses on people leadership, P&L performance, and safety compliance while driving growth in memberships and service revenue.

You’ll hire, train, and coach site managers, ensure OSHA safety standards, and report on throughput, labor, and equipment status to leadership. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing conveyor-style automatic car wash equipment.
• Demonstrated people-management experience across a team.
• Comfortable owning a P&L and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and hold accountable site managers and teams at all locations.
• Own P&L performance—drive wash counts, memberships, sales while controlling costs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and equipment uptime across sites.
