Job summary

Carriage House Car Wash is seeking a Maintenance Manager with hands-on, multi-site leadership to oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvements across our Ohio locations.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will manage diagnostics, establish priorities, coordinate repairs, monitor water quality and chemical delivery, and drive cost-effective, safe operations while partnering with site leadership and external vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum five years in equipment maintenance, preferably with commercial/industrial equipment.
• Three years of carwash experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple Carriage House Car Wash locations to ensure reliability and minimal downtime.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and chemical systems; identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Monitor maintenance history and downtime trends to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination to minimize service interruptions.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance across all sites.
