The role ensures building performance and tenant satisfaction while managing preventive maintenance and safety compliance.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in building maintenance, a high school diploma (technical credentials preferred), and knowledge of BAS and electrical systems.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in building maintenance and operations across multiple properties.
• Knowledge of commercial building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor, and maintain building systems across sites (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS).
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance per schedule.
• Coordinate with property management to align maintenance with tenant needs.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies, keeping logs and records.
