Job summary

OneTogether Solutions in Boulder, CO seeks a Behavioral Health Manager to turn approved strategies and standards into day-to-day implementation across OTS-managed programs. You will coordinate initiatives, monitor quality, and support clinic leaders while ensuring enterprise strategy remains with senior leadership.

You will report to the Director of Clinical Services and help execute priorities, conduct quality audits, report KPIs, provide training within your competency, and support clinic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in behavioral health operations, with 2–3+ years in supervisory or management role
• Certification in behavioral health or healthcare management strongly preferred
• Experience coordinating behavioral health initiatives across multi-site healthcare organizations
• Expertise in compliance standards, documentation workflows, QA frameworks, and data tracking systems
• Experience using EHRs and reporting platforms to monitor performance metrics
• Strong financial/administrative acumen with resource allocation experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Behavioral Health Quality Monitoring: conduct audits, reviews, and workflow checks and close follow-up actions with clinic staff
• Operational Reporting and Reconciliation: run daily/weekly/monthly reports and reconcile documentation
• Project Management: develop and maintain work plans for approved initiatives and report status
• Clinic Leadership Support: act as a steady point of contact for leaders on implementation needs and workflows
