Job summary

OneTogether Solutions in Boulder, CO seeks a Behavioral Health Manager to turn approved strategies into executable priorities across OTS-managed programs. You will monitor quality, support clinic leaders, and ensure alignment with enterprise governance while delegating execution to the appropriate teams.

You will coordinate audits, KPI reporting, and training within your competency, balancing enterprise strategy with operational execution. This role reports to the Director of Clinical Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years in behavioral health operations, clinical administration, or program management with 2–3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Professional behavioral health or healthcare management certification strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating behavioral health initiatives across multi-site organizations.
• Expertise in compliance standards, clinical documentation workflows, and data tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Behavioral Health Quality Monitoring: conduct audits, documentation reviews, and workflow checks; track corrective actions to completion.
• Operational Reporting and Reconciliation: run reports, validate data, identify missing documentation, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Project Management: build work plans, coordinate owners and timelines, provide status updates, raise barriers to leadership.
• Clinic Leadership Support: serve as a consistent point of contact for leaders on implementation needs and workflows.
