OneTogether Solutions, headquartered in Boulder, CO, seeks a Behavioral Health Manager to translate strategy and standards into day‑to‑day practice across OTS programs. You’ll monitor quality, support clinic leaders, and ensure compliance while coordinating initiatives within leadership’s framework.

This role reports to the Director of Clinical Services, performing audits, KPI tracking, training, and operational support; final decisions stay with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required; MSW/MA/MHA/MBA strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years in behavioral health operations, clinical administration, or program management, with at least 2–3+ years in a supervisory or management-level role
• Professional behavioral health or healthcare management certification strongly preferred
• Proven track record coordinating behavioral health initiatives across multi-site organizations
• Expertise in compliance standards, clinical documentation workflows, QA frameworks, and data tracking
• Experience using EHR and reporting platforms to monitor performance metrics
• Strong financial and administrative acumen with resource allocation skills
• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities

Responsabilités

• Behavioral Health Quality Monitoring: conduct audits, documentation reviews, workflow checks; summarize findings and close gaps.
• Operational Reporting and Reconciliation: run daily/weekly/monthly reports; validate, reconcile, and correct documentation; escalate unresolved issues.
• Project Management: build work plans, coordinate owners, timelines, meetings, dependencies; provide status updates and raise executive barriers when needed.
• Clinic Leadership Support: serve as a consistent contact for leaders on implementation needs; support workflows for documentation, supervision, productivity, engagement, and priorities.
