Job summary

Zeal Senior Living is seeking an experienced RCFE Administrator to lead two San Diego County communities, Huntington Manor and House in Poway, plus Villa Bernardo in Escondido. The role is full-time with base pay of $85,000–$95,000 and a quarterly performance bonus up to $10,000, plus a taxable monthly stipend.

Travel between Poway and Escondido is required. You will oversee operations, staffing, care quality, compliance, and occupancy, delivering leadership and accountability across campuses

Qualifications

• Must hold a California RCFE Administrator certificate.
• At least two years as RCFE Administrator or Assistant Administrator.
• Working knowledge of Title 22 and CCL requirements; experience with inspections and corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and budgets for two communities.
• Maintain consistent care, documentation, and relationships with residents and families.
• Lead compliance, inspections, reporting, and timely corrective action.
