The Executive Director manages hiring, training, scheduling, and performance, drives occupancy and budget targets, and represents the community with professionalism in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of college and at least three years of elder care experience or equivalent per DSS,”
• Valid California RCFE Certification or LNHA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of the community.
• Lead hiring, training, evaluation, scheduling and performance management.
• Achieve occupancy and financial goals with budgetary discipline.
• Represent the community professionally to residents, families and regulators.
