Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership in upscale senior living.
• Experience managing AL and Memory Care footprints.
• Willingness to obtain RCFE license with company support.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence: manage community financials, labor hours, acuity reporting, and P&L metrics with sharp financial acumen.
• Lead from the floor: maintain a visible, hands-on presence engaging with residents, families, and staff.
• Sustain an exceptional culture: inspire and retain a dedicated team while honoring local trust.
