Job summary

Mark-Taylor, Inc. is hiring a General Manager Facilities & Service (Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor) in Tempe, AZ.

You will lead maintenance operations across several communities, coach a team of technicians and grounds staff, and drive preventative maintenance programs and capital projects. The role requires at least 5 years of multifamily maintenance management, strong budgeting skills, and OSHA/EPA/CPO certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a maintenance manager in multifamily communities.
• EPA, CPO & OSHA 30 Certifications are preferred.
• Strong budget management, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proven leadership of service teams and vendor relationships.
• Ability to oversee multi-site operations and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance across multiple multifamily communities.
• Lead and coach a maintenance team; provide performance feedback.
• Ensure preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and systems.
• Conduct property inspections and address safety or curb appeal concerns.
• Coordinate apartment turns to market-ready status within timelines.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships; monitor quality and costs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety documentation.
• Assist with maintenance budgets, forecasts, and capex projects.
• Monitor inventory and order maintenance supplies and parts.
• Support occupancy goals and resident satisfaction through proactive ops.
