Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire seeks an Art Director to lead engaging, age-appropriate art activities for members aged 5–18 across multiple Club locations. You will create daily programming that fosters creativity, self-expression, and skill development in a welcoming environment.

You will manage art spaces, coordinate materials, and complete weekly reports for leadership. The role may include launching a fee-based Summer Art Camp and requires occasional travel

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in a related field preferred; 21+ years old.
• Proven working experience as Art Director.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certifications to meet licensing.
• Ability to travel to other Club locations occasionally.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee age-appropriate art activities for ages 5–18.
• Maintain safe, organized art spaces and coordinate supplies.
• Develop and lead a potential fee-based Summer Art Camp.
• Supervise staff and volunteers, provide feedback and scheduling.
• Prepare weekly program reports for Branch Director/Area Manager.
