Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is seeking a Program Director to oversee school-age programs and summer camps, and to assist with planning and implementation across the region. The role emphasizes youth development, staff leadership, and adherence to childcare standards.

This full-time, non-exempt position requires at least a HS diploma or GED with additional qualifications in child development and education, plus a background in program management and safety

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing school-age programs and youth services.
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure safety standards.
• Strong collaboration with staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Prepares youth for success by guiding program activities.
• Oversees day-to-day program operations and licensing compliance.
• Manages staff and volunteers with ongoing feedback.
• Coordinates scheduling and communication via social channels and emails.
• Ensures proper record-keeping and weekly reporting.
