Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a confident Registered Nurse for a multi-site role across the Dakotas region, with travel to Iowa. The position offers a $70K+ base salary plus lucrative monthly incentive pay.

You will rotate across studios, support consultations, and ensure consistent, high-quality aesthetic care for guests. Ideal candidates hold an Iowa RN license (multi-state a plus) with 1–3 years in medical aesthetics or formal aesthetics training, and a readiness to travel between

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing.
• Ensure consistency of guest experience across all studios visited.
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and options.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance in every treatment area.
• Collaborate with studio teams to drive revenue, rebooking, and retention.

What You Bring

• Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure is a big plus)
• 1-3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role, you're flexible and ready to move between studios in your assigned area
• A personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates
• Sharp organizational and documentation skills
• Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of clinical responsibility
